Chapter Circle of Excellence Awards Presentation at LDW Instructions

West Houston Chapter-AACN will be receiving the AACN Circle of Excellence Awards for Excellence in Chapter Community Education and Public Service!  Our chapter will be honored at AACN Chapter Leadership Development Workshop Sunday, May 15, 2016 in New Orleans.

Please see the attached instruction for members that are planning to attend the presentation, as you all are invited on stage to accept the award. 

For those members not attending LDW, additional seating will be available in the back of the room. So that we can ensure enough extra seating during the ceremony, chapter members must  RSVP for the Awards celebration at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ChapterCofE.
