Dear WHC Members,

This year, AACN President’s theme is On Purpose: a call for us all to lead and serve with intention. Now, you have an opportunity to extend your impact beyond the bedside by serving as a Unit/Facility Liasion (Ambassador) for WHC of AACN. 

As a Unit Liaison (Ambassador), your role  is to:

• Serve as the connector between your unit/hospital/facility and our chapter.
• Encourage your peers to join AACN/ WHC and engage in professional growth.
• Share updates about upcoming events, educational and volunteer opportunities, and chapter initiatives.
• Gather feedback and ideas from your unit to bring forward to the chapter.
• Be a resource, and advocate for healthy work environments.
