Seeking Nursing Volunteers to help with First Aid at the Midsummer Fest Event Saturday, July 22th

Christ Clinic is hosting Midsummer Fest at the Great Southwest Equestrian Center from 6-10PM on July 22, featuring Texas Country stars Kevin Fowler and Roger Creager. (flyer attached).
This year’s event is at the Great Southwest Equestrian Center and First aid area will be in the Tellepsen arena.
We received a request for our chapter nurses to volunteer 4PM – 10PM on July 22, 2024, first aid will be the main function. The plan is to have EMS on site for the event and working with Harris County ESD 48 for fire and ambulance services.
- 2 nurses from 4-6PM * set up
- 3 nurses from 6-8PM
- 3 nurses from 8-10PM
Christ Clinic will provide table and chairs, first aid kits and a cooler of water, Power-Ade and juice. the event space is a covered arena with ventilation and large industrial fans.
