Operation Back to School- Volunteering Opportunity

Compassion Katy, a non profit will be hosting Operation back to school August 3, Saturday from 7:30-12 noon. They reach out to WHC via Christ Clinic for nurses to help with health booth.

Health Booth for Screening for DM, HTN, DEPRESSION, BMI – a health passport will be given for patients, we will assist them in fill in the result on the indicated section.

Stations:

Glucose check and acanthosis
BP and vital signs
Height/Weight and BMI calculated-
PHQ-2 form - depression screening tool

The Unstoppable West Houston Chapter board and members that signed up at July 11th chapter meeting will assist in the health screening:
