West Houston Chapter meeting with Educational Presentation The critical role of pharmacists in the care of patients with hepatorenal syndrome-acute kidney injury (HRS-AKI)

WHC meeting will begin with WHC Board meeting at 5:30PM, educational presentation will commence at 7PM. WHC welcomes chapter members to attend although unable to vote; it allows members witness discussions at each board meeting. 

Please consider monetary donations towards the chapter  holiday food baskets.  Chapter goal is to purchase non perishable items plus grocery gift cards for total of eight baskets; (4) Thanksgiving and (4) Christmas for families in need in the Katy area.
